Can someone recommend a good wt DVD for someone who finished the beginner rotation 2 weeks ago? I have been doing timesaver blast and I don't like the step routines they are hard to learn. I have dumbbells and a barbell set.

You could always try Muscle Endurance or Muscle Max. As far as cardio, maybe Cardio & Weights or Low Impact Circuit.

Sorry Timesaver hasn't worked out for you. I can see how that would be tough if you haven't done the full workouts they are taken from before.

I would also suggest Muscle Max--you don't have to lift what Cathe does--when I first did MM I lifted much much lighter than Cathe and got an awesome workout. Also, I don't know if you have a barbell yet, which she uses in MM, but if you don't you can use dumbbells for the same moves. I didn't have a barbell when I first did this workout.

Also, would you like me to work up a new rotation without Timesaver? Just send me an updated list of workouts, especially if you get something new.

Also, have you looked at the Intermediate Rotation (http://69.0.137.118/dc/dcboard.php?...opic_id=6852&mesg_id=6852&listing_type=search)
It's a great place to see what DVDs might be good after the beginner stuff.
