weight training frequency question

Right now i just want to maintain. I love how my body looks and i'm happy with the amount of muscle i have. I was wondering if doing 1 upper body and 1 lower body weight training workout (about 1 hour in length) would be enough to maintain where i'm at. I would also be doing 45 min of cardio 3 times a week.
 
YMMV, but I'd try one upper, one lower, and one total body workout per week. Or 2 total body workouts (one on Monday, for example, the other on Thursday).
