You know, a section for strengthening knees, elbows, shoulders, wrists. Sounds dumb but I would love it when I could just pop in a dvd when I'm having shoulder issues and do the shoulder strengthening routine. I have real trouble keeping track of those sheets with the prescribed exercises I get every time I have to go through physical therapy for this or that joint issue. I know you're not a physical therapist but I think this could be really useful. I don't think anyone else has done this.
