weight rotation

I am currently doing splits for lifting 3 or 4 days a week and cardio 2 or 3 days a week. I use GS, Pyramids, Slow and Heavy and the new 4DS. I alternate each week between them so I am never doing the same series two weeks in a row.

My question is this: Should I stick with a series for a month or so to see more muscle definition or is what I am doing fine? I want to get the most out of it. I love all of them and depending on time and how I feel I just pick one to do for the week.
