Cathe, I've seen you generic weight loss rotation posted here a few times (4 cardios, 2 all body weights/wk) and have a question. The prevailing wisdom these days in the fitness world seems to indicate more weights, less cardio for weight loss. Do you disagree with this theory? I've been trying to lose 10 lbs for about forever now and for a long time gone along with the more weights, less cardio theory. If its wrong, I'd really like to know!
