Hi everyone....I guess I'll start off.
I weighed myself Sat morning and I was down a lb but today when I weighed myself (I was only going to weight in on Mondays but I couldn't wait!) I  was the same old weight :-(.

I still feel good....a bit tired...I just finished Step Fit. I always want the cool down to hurry up and end...I am so pooped!
I ate fairly well too. I thought I made some good choices when I ate out.....I guess not good enough. Oh, well...I didn't gain.
