Hello everybody! I'm late again. Life is sooooo hectic so I am sure you can relate. My week has been good. I have exercised quite a bit and quite intensely. My eating has been good also and I think in another week I will weigh and see if I've made a change. Actually my clothes do not feel any different so I don't know if I've made progress. It's almost like I feel tighter and stronger down deep, if that makes sense to anyone, but I am still too jiggly on the surface. Anyway, I have enjoyed my workouts this past week!!!!

How is everyone else doing? Have you made progress...I hope? I need some encouragement from all of you that have lost pounds and/or inches!!!!!! :)
