Hey all!
I've been doing really well so far. Last week my workouts were a 4 out of 5 (room for improvement) but my eating was a definate 5 out of 5. I'm actually learning to enjoy being hungry because I keep telling myself thats my body burning up the fat. I don't think I can do the once a month thing with the scale. Do you all mind if we make our own decision and either weight in once a week or once a month at our own discretion? I'm one of those people that when I work hard all week, I really want to see that number. If it goes down it makes me feel great, and if it does not it just makes me work harder.
O.K. now for my exciting news: I was 206 1/1, then last week, I was 203, I was shocked to find this morning that I broke the 200 barrier- I was 198 this morning!!! I lost 5 lbs this week, a total of 8 since the first. I could not believe it. I read somewhere that when you are trying to lose fat that you need to stay in your aerobic zone for at least 40 minutes and I've been doing just that. Sorry for the long post, but I am sooooo exited, I had to share that I broke 200 this morning
How is everyone else doing??
