I think for fat loss her best ones would be KPC/Legs&Glutes, B&G, Drill Max, and Kick Max - also BM2 & LIC, but I haven't done those as much of the others. Not sure how much weight you are looking to lose though and not sure what body type you are, what are your problem areas & do you gain muscle easily or have a hard time?
For me, I find cardio w/ lighter weights and more reps and then also kickboxing are great for toning up and losing weight.
