Weight loss and Muscle building?

Hey all! Is cathe good for weight (fat) loss and for toning up? I know she's killer on the weights, but I really need to lose some weight and tone up!

Yes to all of the above! It just depends upon what your goals are in terms of how you want to utilize her DVDs. Check out the rotations board for a pinned thread with tons of her past ones. That should give you some great ideas.

I think for fat loss her best ones would be KPC/Legs&Glutes, B&G, Drill Max, and Kick Max - also BM2 & LIC, but I haven't done those as much of the others. Not sure how much weight you are looking to lose though and not sure what body type you are, what are your problem areas & do you gain muscle easily or have a hard time?

For me, I find cardio w/ lighter weights and more reps and then also kickboxing are great for toning up and losing weight.
 
I am looking to loose about 30-40 pounds. I hold the maority of my weight in my hips and thighs. I gain muscle fairly easily. I had a baby 10wks ago, so I am really just beginning (again).

My thighs are HUGE, and I am avoiding bulking that area. I'm 5'2, so I am very short:)
