I just wanted to get an idea about how well I am doing with my workouts. If anyone could post how much they can lift when doing weights and how fast and long they jog (along with how long they have been doing it), I would be so appreciative. I have been working out a while and feel I have hit a plateau. I "feel" I should be lifting more or jogging farther, but my body doesn't seem to agree. This is basically for my entertainment. I am just wondering. Thanks to anyone who helps!!
