Weekend Workouts and/or plans?

Im taking saturday off work so I think I will do my usual sunday workout then, since I didn't workout friday due to the weather, Ill move everything back a day and do that on sunday instead :)
I have been working chest and back on the same day for MONTHS but I want to switch it up.
I think Im going to start doing BACK and SHOULDERS on the same days now.
Im still not satisfied with my back development so Im lifting heavy again for April. Since my shoulders (rear delts particularly) are so close to back muscles (and one always feels a little stiff when working the other when I do them on different days), I figured Id try doing them TOGETHER. Never done it before so Im hoping that they will develope nicely together :)
Today Ill be doing the 4DS back and shoulders for my April rotation. Tomorrow will be chest, bi's tri's. 4DS. I usually do half of it and then add a few exercises I like in instead of doing the whole thing...
Anyone know the link for the post that discussed the results everyone had with the 4DS?? I haven't used it in a full rotation yet and haven't done the chest/back portion of it at all yet.
 
I went skiing today! It was the last time out this season

Sunday - 4DS Kickbox and hopefully a short bike ride too.

Saturday's workout was In the Ring followed by the weighted core section of HiLow Knockout...great workout!

OK, my plan ended up changing a little.....

Fri ~ 4 mile run (no legs, had to take sick dd's to the Dr.)

Sat ~ Cathe's 4DS KB, L & G ankle weights premix, MM abs + KPC abs. :) (and still taking care of sick dd's...)

Sun ~ Rest and it's a good thing because I dropped my laptop on my foot last night and am just really hoping my little toe isn't broken!! :eek:

Okay I didn't exactly do what I thought...

This is what my weekend work outs actually looked like:

F: Rockin' Body Booty Time, Rockin Body Hard Core Abs, TJ Lower Body Jam + TJ Ab Jam.
S: 4DS Chest, Shoulders and Triceps premix + TJ Cardio Party
S: PUB Back/Biceps, SS 6 minute abs, 10 chin ups + 10 pull ups.

Basically I traded up the yoga which I intend to do tmrw afternoon so it's all good. :)
