Im taking saturday off work so I think I will do my usual sunday workout then, since I didn't workout friday due to the weather, Ill move everything back a day and do that on sunday instead
I have been working chest and back on the same day for MONTHS but I want to switch it up.
I think Im going to start doing BACK and SHOULDERS on the same days now.
Im still not satisfied with my back development so Im lifting heavy again for April. Since my shoulders (rear delts particularly) are so close to back muscles (and one always feels a little stiff when working the other when I do them on different days), I figured Id try doing them TOGETHER. Never done it before so Im hoping that they will develope nicely together
Today Ill be doing the 4DS back and shoulders for my April rotation. Tomorrow will be chest, bi's tri's. 4DS. I usually do half of it and then add a few exercises I like in instead of doing the whole thing...
Anyone know the link for the post that discussed the results everyone had with the 4DS?? I haven't used it in a full rotation yet and haven't done the chest/back portion of it at all yet.
