Yesterday I did a workout that my sister made up. It involved 2 cones placed on opposite sides of the yard. We had to do the following back and forth for 2 rounds.
Walking Kettlebell Swings
Skips
Walking Lunges
Skips
Walking Side Swings (on the second round I did side squats w/o weight)
Backward Running
Walking Side Swings (ditto on above second round)
Skips
Backward Running
Bear Crawls
Broad Jumps (after the second round only)
This morning I'm doing a 4 mile run and will do some sort of weight workout in the afternoon.
