Great work Annette! I got a workout in too. I did Stretch Max 3 with the band then added in two rounds of 10 burpees, 20 db swings, 30 lower ab lift, 40 hops in plank got a good sweat going.
I have to have an MRI on knee, he thinks its a torn meniscus. I was in pain yesterday from doctor moving it around. Today its stiff but no pain.
