What! October already? Whoa!

Guten Morgen Ladies,

Today I did Cardio Leg Blast + a 10 minute BJ Gaddour Burpee Challenge. Sweat fest indeed.

I have a long day at work today - 4 clients.

Biceps, shoulders premix in later....everybody have a good Saturday!

ETA: I did get in my RWH premix workout, as well as a Fit Tower Lower Body workout, so I feel
Accomplished!

Wow AG you sure did a lot!

Today I did KCM Trim Down workout 1 - that was a sweatfest whoa!

I added on two rounds of tabata from Amy Dixon's Breathless Body 2 the Edge.

It sounds! LOL! So far today, I did a Mindy Mylrea gliding discs workout mix, again a short workout, abt. 25 min.
I hope to do a Ice Bootcamp DVD premix later today.....
 
Hi ladies,

I have a really bad cold since Friday which is just getting worse and worse, so that combined with my shin problems made me decide to take a rest day yesterday. Instead I did a lot of chores and laundry and walked my 10000 steps. And of course I went and saw my son's bball game. He was playing with another team as they were short on players.

Today more chores and I decided to do an upper body w/o despite everything. I only had 45min so I did RWH LiHI chest, shoulders & triceps. Short but tough! My shoulders and arms are still feeling it now hours later. After my w/o I had to rush to go watch my son play yet another bball game. So much bball and so little time. This time they won!!!

It's funny how the parents there are getting used to the kids training 4 days a week and games on the weekends, but they can't believe I enjoy working out nearly daily... And that I find it hard now being limited in my choices by my shin problems. I hope I can soon do more... Step, cardioboxing and dance fitness just to name a few. I can live with not being allowed any HiiT or high impact for a few weeks, but I really want to just move to music without pain.

Fortunately there are so many great Cathe and other w/o's I can choose from even if I can only train my upper body for now.

Hi Henriette, sounds like you have had a busy weekend. Congrats on your son's team winning their game!
I think I might be on the verge of a cold too, or the ole sinus' acting up, I feel so "stuffed up" if that makes sense! :)
I was able to get in my Ice Bootcamp premix workout too, so I believe I will take it easy the rest of the day.
