My own Ski & Sculpt workout - 26 min.
YT-Angie Fitness TV- Basic Step, Jump rope/Step Hiit, & Core/Step Hiit - 35 min. (This was a fun
little workout!)

Hope you all have a nice weekend! Tomorrow will probably be a rest day, unless I find something

Good Morning Everyone,

Sorry to be MIA. My business is just so busy. I work until 8pm on Fridays and don't like to start Saturdays without all of my case notes and prep work for the day ahead completed (you can fall behind very fast in this business).

Today I did a mix of Cathe's 2.0 Giant Sets for Total Body. I only did 2 rounds which was 38 minute. I added on 10 minutes of cardio by Oliver Sjostrom. I am sweating.

Lots of workouts squeezed in by everyone in the past few days. Nora - I am glad to read you finally got back at it. I hope your back is better.
