Weekend Check-in, Saturday & Sunday, May 31, & June 1, 2025

Good Saturday Morning Everyone,

It's rare but this morning I am working from home instead of from my in-person office. Yeah for me. Today I did a 40 minute T&D Upper Body workout. I will do my own stretch.

Hi ladies,

Today I took a what my phone recorded as a 43 minute walk downtown. It was more like an hour but part of that was roaming around stories so actual walking was probably the time my phone recorded.

So I did something on this breezy Sunday afternoon.

Nice workouts ladies! And rest days.
