Weekend Check-in, Saturday & Sunday, March 29 & 30, 2025

Good Morning Everyone,

I'm still dealing with a lingering headache (in the past 2 years this happens when it rains and I'm not sure why). Today I did a short workout: Cathe Live warm-up, T&D lower body for 25 minutes, T&D chest and back for 10 minutes. I will do my own stretch now.

Nicki - geesh, you worked hard yesterday!
Nora - I remember the name Chalene but must check her out again as I can't place her
Annette - you tend to rest on the weekends but often slip something in

Today's CatheLive was "PHA: Pump & Burn Express" - 37 min. Really liked it. There's a # 2 also, a little shorter., hope to try that one soon.

Hi ladies,

Yes, I snuck in a workout today. I did the Mza guy again called Easy Cardio Kickboxing workout routine which was about 50 minutes long. Considering how hot it is outside and then the temperature inside I sweated a good bit with this one. Honestly, he added some high impact moves which made it not necessarily easy but it was a good cardio burn for a Saturday.

Tomorrow will be a rest day.
 
Yay for a Saturday workout Annette, doing Easy Cardio Kickboxing workout routine-50 minutes long. Enjoy the rest of your weekend. Yes, it is pretty warm here too, but
for the most part, it’s cloudy, so it’s not as bad as if the sun was shining.
 
I was bored, so I ended up doing another CatheLive- Cardio Core Express -33 min. Fun
little workout and all standing! Tomorrow, definitely a rest day!

I was so sore when I woke up this morning from the yard work yesterday. Lower back hurts a bit. I had to do some cleaning - vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, etc. for the open house. Macy and I rode around for 3 hours and stopped at a part for a short walk. No workout for me today.

Today I managed a 40 minute T&D workout for upper body. I added on a Cathe live warm-up for 5 minutes. I'll do my own stretch now.

Nicki - You've had an enduring couple of days. That's a lot of work for an open house. I bet you burned a lot of calories!
Annette - great job on finding a weekend workout :)
Linda - WTG with your double Cathe workout.

I hope to see you all tomorrow. My headache is finally subsiding. It's related to the barometric pressure and last 3 days. It's something new in the past 2 years and it's kinda debilitating. I'm gonna figure it out.

I am still so sore so I thought a good day of stretching was in store.
STS 2.0 Chair Yoga for 22 minutes
STW 2.0 Total Body Stretch for 25 minutes
Chalene Bonus Abs for 20 minutes

I did workout yesterday but, it got way too late to check in when I did. So, I will quickly check-in with Saturday's workout now.

Here's Saturday's workout:

Chalene Extreme - Burn It Off = 27 Min
Chalene Extreme - Recharge= 21 Min
Chalene Extreme - Ab Burner = 10 Min

I did read everyone's check-in for the weekend. High fives and WTG: Annette, Linda, Siobhan (sorry about the migraine), and Nicki.
