My short workout this Am was:

Blender- "Balance, Mobility, Coordination & Strength # 4" - 24 min.

That was the last one in my little blender "series" I created. Enjoyed them all!

Hello, Ladies! Just checking in to say hello and I'm still here. Getting closer to my surgery. Super excited to get it over with so I can return to my normal routine and workouts!
 
Hi Linda and Nicki,

Rest day here. I am really hurting in my low back, shoulder blade and glute from this week's workouts. We went to Walmart and Lowe's so I did get out.

Linda, years ago this check in went down to just Siobhan and I and there were many a day or week that it was only me checking in. But we never let the check in die out.
 
Good Morning Everyone,

I worked out yesterday morning - C&E lower body for 30 minutes. Today I did a YT KB workout for 45 minutes (which included a Cathe Live warm-up).

Linda - WTG with your weekend workout. Do you delete your workouts in the blender?
Annette - I remember those stretches of just you and me checking in. If I didn't check in you'd post "where are you?' - it kept me accountable to my workouts. It's so nice to have gang of Cathletes here.
Nicki - Nice to see you checking in. I'm excited for you too :)
