Hi Everyone,

Today I did my own PHA with cardio intervals mixed in from TTM. I ended with TTM core work which was really good. I ended overall with STS stretch + meditation.

Have a great day friends. I work today (2 clients) then dinner out. And.......... I am finally caving in after all these years and hiring someone to clean my house! phew. I can't wait.

Good day everyone! Ceci, I've done that too. It's so nice to come home to a clean house. I don't do it regularly though. My money goes to my fitness fun. Anyway, I did Patrick Goudeau Kickbox burn. I love that workout. Oh, Annette...I use 10-12 lbs for biceps, 8 for triceps and maybe 15 for chest. I have a defined upper body but it doesn't mean I'm super strong. You are. Impressive for sure.

Mostly a rest day but I did walk around a gun show for 2 hours in the wrong shoes[emoji44]!

And unfortunately I have two much surface fat to look as defined as I should for the weight I am lifting.

When I worked out at home the heaviest dumbbells I had were 25 pound .

Hi to everyone, last night I did a Back, Triceps & Chest Hiit Circuit. So far today, after cleaning & laundry, I did
15 min on my treadmill with Bitgym app, then a 20 min. FitTower workout, followed by 25 min. Cardio mix workout. I'm pretty tired now.... I don't lift anything over 10 lbs, I am very petite (size 2) so while I am certainly
Gaining strength that I can see and feel, with my occasional shoulder and lower back issues, I know my limitations.
Since I mainly do Cathe workouts anymore, with the blender, etc.. I can tell my strength has excelled, and my
Flexibility has gotten a lot better than it ever was. :)
At the wellness center, using the machines, I do go a lot heavier, which is good.....

Good Saturday to you all! :) I hope everyone in the East (of NA) have been shoveled out! We are a bunch of wimps here on the West Coast.

After being out & having a week of doctor ordered rest, last night I came back with a Suzanne Bowen 35 min Total Body toning routine. Today I did Workout Hotel (youtube) 25 min Cardio & Core workout & added on a series on inverted rows with my bar.

That's great that that you are taking in meditation Ceci. I really ought to do that more. What kind of mediation are you practicing? I have mainly tried movement and breath to movement types (qi gong etc) or body scan (which ties into my fascial emotional release training and somatic exercise).

Hi ladies,
Yesterday (Saturday) I managed a doubles (sort of) as planned to make up for Friday. I did Get stepping (Live). That was so much fun! I wish there were more Live step choreo, but simple.

After all that fun I moved on to Upper Body express without the core. Really good!

Today I did Hardstrikes + some intervals from xtrain AOLIH and Rockem sockem. I just can't get enough of hardstrikes.

Elsie - glad you are feeling well enough to get in a workout.

I agree Peg - there is only so much to go around and.... fitness is a huge priority for my dollars too.
 
Hope everyone is having a nice Sunday...today, I did a 30 blender Bootcamp mix and then I went to the wellness
Center where I walked the indoor track for a mile then finished up using probably 10 or so of the weight machines.
I always run into people I know at the center and get sidetracked exercising my mouth! :). Then off to the grocery
Store, which as I've said before, is a workout in itself. Later I may do the latest CatheLive, which I think is only
35 min and all low impact. Have a good rest of the day.
 
Well I finished out my workouts today by doing the latest CatheLive and 10 min on my elliptical. Whew, I am
Tired now.......my legs feel like they are going to fall off!

Hope you are having fun with your new step, Henriette! Linda, it is great to have that social aspect at the wellness centre, which IMO, is the most overlooked part of the equation of optimal health - socializing. I know if I had a walking buddy, I would stay out for way longer!!

Today I did Lower Body Pyramid weight only part (about 47 mins).
 
Hi Ladies,

Unfortunately I was unable to squeeze in a w/o Sunday. The morning was spent emptying my bookshelves... I am not a bookworm, but a book dragon as they say so you can imagine how many books I have. So many the shelves were falling apart under the weight so we had bought new shelves on Saturday. Then we went off to an away game, and on to buy a missing bit for the new shelves, which unfortunately was sold out also in the store we drove to Sunday. Once back home it was nearly 18.00 and I could start deciding the height of the shelves and organizing all my books, which took me until bedtime, but with all this moving about and not resting I did reach goal for my calories burnt for the day and 12.000 steps, so I guess it is not all that bad that I missed my w/o.
