Another Saturday AM workout for me.......

Blender- "Balance, Mobility, Coordination & Strength # 2" - 38 min.

I took a rest day yesterday. Today I did a mix of a Cathe warm-up and DTHM upper body for 30 minutes. I've run out of time for a stretch as I chatted with DH and I have to get ready for work.

Good morning! I decided to do a workout today, so I did ...........

Blender- "Balance, Mobility, Coordination & Strength # 3" - 37 min.

I previously blended this "mini series" of four of these type of workouts, incorporating balance, mobility, &
coordination moves together with some strength moves....one more to do, so far, I've enjoyed them and
pretty happy with my creations!

Linda, you are doing a great job mixing balance, mobility, etc. with your Blender- "Balance, Mobility, Coordination & Strength # 3" - 37 min.
 
Tomorrow, I have my pre-op testing - urine, blood, EKG, Xray, etc. One step closer to the surgery. I can't wait til I'm able to work out again and get back in shape! ;):D
