Today I managed a Cathe Live Express (Thank goodness for the express workouts) - #256 Plyo Legs + Core for 32 minutes. That was tough! (and fun). That's it for me today.

I work up with good intentions to workout today, but did not, just no energy. So I did not workout today. I had to surrender to fatigue and lack of energy. Hopefully, I can rest up and get back in the zone Monday.
