Weekend Check-in Saturday, September 27th & Sunday, September 28th, 2025

Very Good Saturday Morning Ladies,

I took a rest day yesterday as my body was still adjusting to taking 8 days off from working out. Today I did more Midas Movement - Chest for 20 minutes and abs for 20 minutes. That's it for me.

Linda - WTG with another blender concoction yesterday
Annette - how long does it take you to find a workout? I spend a good 15 minutes each morning trying to figure out what I feel like doing and with whom I want to work out. It's time consuming. I could be more efficient with this :(
Nicki - I love Great Glutes and you feel it the next day :)
Nora - I hope you enjoyed your rest day :)

Well, I took the day off....while my ab muscles are quite a bit better on the surface(before just touching my tummy made it hurt) now it is a deeper lingering of some pain and discomfort. Much more tolerable than the past 3 days so that is a good sign that hopefully everything is healing finally.


Nice workouts ladies.

Oh and Siobhan if I don't have a plan in place or know that say Jamie Mckagan or Chis Dorner has a workout that I want to do and if it is not a gym day then I can spend 15 minutes or more picking a workout. Sometimes to no avail.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of C&E for lower body - about 35 minutes. I added on 10 minutes of MM - biceps for 10 minutes. I will do my own stretch now.

Annette - I love DOMS (that is what you're having right?)
Linda - so many people are under the weather! I hope you can rest this weekend and maybe laze around on the couch.

Well, ladies, I managed to do my own 45 minute circuit consisting of chair (seated) and standing exercises(cardio) plus floorwork for abs(using the chair to elevate my legs), legs and glutes plus standing abs, more chair and standing exercises (cardio), light dumbbell work for bicep, triceps and shoulders then a stretch. Not too bad for a Sunday just gotta do something workout.
