I took a rest day yesterday as my body was still adjusting to taking 8 days off from working out. Today I did more Midas Movement - Chest for 20 minutes and abs for 20 minutes. That's it for me.

Annette - how long does it take you to find a workout? I spend a good 15 minutes each morning trying to figure out what I feel like doing and with whom I want to work out. It's time consuming. I could be more efficient with this

Annette, good ingenuity!Well, ladies, I managed to do my own 45 minute circuit consisting of chair (seated) and standing exercises(cardio) plus floorwork for abs(using the chair to elevate my legs), legs and glutes plus standing abs, more chair and standing exercises (cardio), light dumbbell work for bicep, triceps and shoulders then a stretch. Not too bad for a Sunday just gotta do something workout.

DOMS can be a good thing but abdominal DOMS that last 4+ days is a bit much in my book. Plus abdominal DOMS are very painful considering the exercise that did it wasn't even for abs.
