Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did more McFit Method - chest/jump rope workout.

I am in the office all day today and part of tomorrow. Busy time of year....

Wasnotwas - SJP - that's an oldie but I always loved the colour of the workout clothes and the music. I must look at that again...
 
CeciFifi, the Intensity and Body Blast series are still some of my fave workouts! And they are definitely still some real tough workouts in there.

Today I did CL 7 and 279 and then Yoga Journal's Yoga for Relaxation which was honestly my fave part of working out today!

Lilacsinspring - wowww - Jackie Warner's Xtreme Timesaver Workout - I think I still have that one somewhere. I remember liking it!

Today I did more McFit Method - a 25 minute jumprope circuit workout. It was tough. I added on more Mcfit pyramid bicep work

Jackie Warner! She had a tv show about personal training, right? I remember she was super fit!

Today was PB upper body and then Turbo Barre which, wow! It reminded me of Tracy Anderson's Perfect Design series. I like Tracy's early stuff but could never get into Metamorphosis because the same workout 10 days in a row? Hard pass!

I hope everyone is having a good Sunday--not easy in the craziness that's 2020!!
