Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did my own WB Xtrain cardio for 50 minutes, including Tabatacize, AOLIH and Harstrikes. Just can't get enough of Xtrain cardio - ever!

I added on an EDT of legs/triceps - Cathe again.

Hi Ceci,

I decided to take a rest day. I push myself hard during the week between teaching and doing my own workouts I need a break.

I am getting my hair done at 12 so that will be relaxing for me.

Guy is blowing out my hair and styling, I almost always go to sleep, he always laughs about it. I did an upper
Body workout mix using various "toys". Off to grocery store later. :)
 
Hi ladies,

After my son's game we biked to a salon near our house and he had his hair done while I had my brows done. A first for both of us! His change was more dramatic. He is so happy with it that he has decided the days of me cutting his hair are over.

Once home I was inspired by Siobhan to go with Xtrain again. I did AOLIH premix incl. Shoulders burnset and core. Should really do more Cathe again and Demand would be so great so I can finally try the Low Impact Series.

Tomorrow I may not get to w/o until the evening as I have lunch plans with a friend and then my son has another game.

Check-in' in again, was able to get in a blender mix of Slow & Heavy back mixed w/ Ice Back Muscle Meltdown (only 1 round). My upper body w/o this AM didn't include any back, so this one was a nice compliment.
 
:) Oh, everyone is so busy!! I had a busy one myself, although when I got home I got in most of LIVE Gloved up & Ready (lots of fun, lots of sweat!) and a youtube/Vanessa B pilates theraband Arms workout which felt tough & awesome. I was planning a rest today, but had the energy, so took advantage of that.

Henriette, LIS Tri-sets is probably one of my favourite weights DVDs ever - Legs w-o has made my butt look nice! lol. I do not have all of LIS, but what I have tried, I really, really enjoyed. Enjoy your lunch tomorrow!

Aquagirl, great workouts again today!! Grocery shopping is the only type of shopping I actually enjoy :). I am freaking out a bit this weekend as I have to, in a hurry. get some Xmas gifts that needs to be in the mail before the Post deadline. Ughh. As much as I truly love giving to people I care about, as the kids get older, I have NO clue what to get them anymore. lol.

Tonight will be Netflix. :)

Henriette - if you can - get on demand again - make your own EDT workouts. You will love it. Just a month's committment

And elsie - yesterday's cardio was a mish mosh - I just did half of one tabata 'cos I pulled moves from about 5 different workouts. It was so much fun. Today I pulled moved from like 6 different workouts, including legs and glutes and butts & guts - both of which I haven't done in a looooooooooong time.

Late again with my check in.
Sunday my obly w/o was riding my bike to my lunch in town... So 30 min each way biking pretty fast. On top of that I walked quite a bit. Being gone all afternoon and then going to another game I just wanted to relax and start a new crochet project at night instead of doing a real w/o.
