Weekend Check-in Saturday, March 28th & Sunday, March 29th, 2026

Good Morning Everyone,

I worked out yesterday - YT LeoMoves for 45 minutes (bodyweight workout). Today I did the latest Cathe Live. That was a lot of high impact cardio - kind of a 10-10-10 workout. It was fun. Cathe and I were dressed similarly :)
