Lucky me! I had time to squeeze in a workout before heading to the office. Today I did more T&D (I just love the Dan workouts). It was a 37 minutes bootcamp. Honestly, I was struggling by the 4 minute mark. I feel a bit scared before I start his workouts. I feel similarly with many of Cathe's workouts too.
So nice to see everyone getting in their workouts yesterday. WTG Nicki!!!! Great choice too!

Hubby had to go help oldest son, so I took advantage and did 2 ,10 minute Cardio Kickboxing both off YouTube. One was a taebo wearing boxing gloves and the other was someone else with terrible form. So about 21 minutes of cardio kickboxing for me today.
