Weekend Check-in Saturday, March 22nd & Sunday, March 23rd, 2025

Good Morning Everyone,

Lucky me! I had time to squeeze in a workout before heading to the office. Today I did more T&D (I just love the Dan workouts). It was a 37 minutes bootcamp. Honestly, I was struggling by the 4 minute mark. I feel a bit scared before I start his workouts. I feel similarly with many of Cathe's workouts too :) .

So nice to see everyone getting in their workouts yesterday. WTG Nicki!!!! Great choice too!

Hi ladies ,

Hubby had to go help oldest son, so I took advantage and did 2 ,10 minute Cardio Kickboxing both off YouTube. One was a taebo wearing boxing gloves and the other was someone else with terrible form. So about 21 minutes of cardio kickboxing for me today.

Nice workouts Siobhan and Linda.

PS . Add on 15 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and triceps.

LMR Functional Lower Body Leg Bonus on discs for 20 minutes
Perfect 30 bonus extended stretch bonus for 9 minutes
125 ropeless jump ropes

I did not workout today. I woke up feeling very sore and tight muscles so, I decided to just make this a rest weekend.

Hello, All! Was going to do a workout but got caught up with getting house in order and trying to rearrange and change up current layout. My leg is feeling really good after the Friday and Saturday workouts and I am encouraged!
 
Nicki, if you can’t find them, there is one in particular that I like that is weights &
Ropeless intervals With no repeats in the weight work. It’s about 25 or so minutes.
I can PM you the YT link if you let me know.
