Hi Everyone,
Today I did 45 minutes of Cathe's latest live - PHA with cardio blasts. Wow. That was really good. I added on my own stretch plus these yoga moves I've been trying out lately.

Sorry to be MIA but my body hadn't adjusted to the time difference this week. I've had trouble falling asleep - hence being unable to get up early :(

Ceci were you away and that is why you are dealing with time changes?

Today is a rest day. I did whole foods and now I am getting a pedicure.

It snowed here again. Between yesterday and today we got 4 inches. More snow is on tap for tomorrow. I am over it.

Hi Everyone,

Today I did my own workout blender of RWH upper body and RWH cardio blasts (just like PHA with blasts in the live workout!). I did my own stretch and my own added yoga moves.

And yes, Lisa I was in Vancouver last week for 5 days. My DH was there on business so my youngest DD and I decided to tag along. We both have friends out there so it was a great time for everyone. I couldn't adjust to the time change while there (3 hours) or when I got back :(

We had a lot of snow here yesterday as well. It all looked very pretty but now it's melting.

Hi all

Ceci I love when my husband travels somewhere good for business as I tag along:) My husband actually left today for the city my daughter attends college in so I am going down next Friday to join him. There is not enough in there to keep me busy all week and my daughter has too much going on being a second semester senior and applying to graduate school.

Today was Athletic Training Live. It is similar to the DVD but I like the Live version better.
