Morning!
I have Drill Max and STS No Equipment Abs on my rotation for today but I’m feeling pretty rough, so I’m waiting to see if I improve. I’m pretty sure it’s hormonal. I’m in perimenopause and hormonal shifts always do this to me lately. If I’m mid cycle or end cycle, I get super fatigued, nauseous, and just all around icky. Hoping a rest with a book will help.
