Weekend Check-in Saturday, January 6th & Sunday, January 7th, 2024

Good Morning Everyone,

No workout for me today (just sore, tired, low energy). Instead, I stretched for 25 minutes while watching Superstore for the 50th time. This show just cracks me up over and over again.

I have Drill Max and STS No Equipment Abs on my rotation for today but I’m feeling pretty rough, so I’m waiting to see if I improve. I’m pretty sure it’s hormonal. I’m in perimenopause and hormonal shifts always do this to me lately. If I’m mid cycle or end cycle, I get super fatigued, nauseous, and just all around icky. Hoping a rest with a book will help.

I did get my workout done today but did not start until 4PM, this is a very late drive quick by check in.

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling - LIVE Indoor Cycling Workout!- 50-min + Encore= 53 Min

Today I manaded a 2.0 for Upper Body - 59 minutes. I love the minute stretches in between (and I do them for my back!).
