I have a late start in the office today so I was able to work out. Yeah! Today I did a mix of Tom Peto Training total body workout for 30 minutes and added on a 10 minute mobility stretch.

Today I did a mix of 2 YT KB workouts by Tom Peto (40 minutes). I added on a 10 minute Tom Peto mobility stretch workout too. I warmed up with 2.0 single body triceps.
Linda - I admire your commitment to taking a rest weekend. It's hard to stay away
Nicki - WTG with your Cathe workouts and PT add on (we all seem to be enjoying LMR2)
Annette - that sounded like a solid heavy weight and cardio workout all in one
