Good Morning Everyone,

I have a late start in the office today so I was able to work out. Yeah! Today I did a mix of Tom Peto Training total body workout for 30 minutes and added on a 10 minute mobility stretch.

Well today consisted of myself, hubby and 2 out of 3 sons moving a solid cherry dresser and chest of drawers from an antique place onto 2 trucks and then unload off truck and into the house.

Then the boys and hubby carried them upstairs.

Then I had to empty the old dresser and chest of drawers of the drawers so we could move them out.

Then I was cleaning under everything and dusting.

Then all the new to us furniture drawers had to be brought upstairs which entailed lots of trips up and down the stairs (there were a total of 21 drawers).

Currently taking a break been at this since 11 this morning.

Today I did a mix of 2 YT KB workouts by Tom Peto (40 minutes). I added on a 10 minute Tom Peto mobility stretch workout too. I warmed up with 2.0 single body triceps.

Linda - I admire your commitment to taking a rest weekend. It's hard to stay away :(
Nicki - WTG with your Cathe workouts and PT add on (we all seem to be enjoying LMR2)
Annette - that sounded like a solid heavy weight and cardio workout all in one

Good morning! Quite a workout this AM Siobhan, doing 2 YT KB workouts by Tom Peto (40 minutes), a 10 minute Tom Peto mobility stretch workout & started out by warming up with 2.0 single body triceps. Wow!
 
Nicki, great workout yesterday with LMR2 Bonus Shoulders, Back -40 minutes
STS 2.0 Total Body Stretch- 25 minutes & Hinge Health PT for 14 minutes.. WTG!

Today I did:
Cathe Live #569 Glorious Glutes for 45 minutes
Intensity Stretch Max Stability Ball for 19 minutes
Finished with Hinge Health PT for 12 minutes

After this workout, my leg pain really set in. I am so tired of this. Will be calling the doc this week to get an appointment and set up an MRI.

Back to work tomorrow, BOO!!! I really enjoyed my nice, long break. Time to think about my retirement date and make it official.
