Good Sunday Morning Everyone,

Thanks for starting us off Nora. I took a couple of rest days as I was feeling overwhelmed with work, the puppy and my DH being away. Thank goodness he is back!

Great workout Nora! a mish mosh of cardio and strength from your favourite instructor.

Today I did a mix of a Cathe Live PHA Express for heavy weight - 33 minutes. I added on 10 minutes of BB pilates.
