Good Saturday Morning Friends,

Today I did a mish mosh of CG for chest/back/shoulders for 35 minutes and added on PUB for biceps - 6 minutes. I will do my own stretch.

This is a long weekend here. I am working a bit but not much. My youngest DD is in town for the weekend.

Linda - welcome to Canada next week, fingers crossed you make the trek
Nora - I love cat naps during the day and often take them myself (a lot)

Yep, got some rowing, cycling, and walking planned in Canada next week! :) We'll see
how it goes!

and I agree on "cat naps"! I usually either take a short nap or at least lay & watch
tv every afternoon! About 1 1/2 hrs, maybe 2. Little Jack expects no less and lets me
know it's time!!! Sometimes it may affect my sleep at night, but I so look forward to
that afternoon ritual!

haven't decided what I'm going to do today although I have Pyramid Lower Body on the calendar. We'll see as the day goes on!

I'm close to Myrtle Beach (Florence) and we are supposed to get hammered next week with lots of rain. Will have to start moving plants, heavy objects, etc. from the yard. Never know if it will or will not come.

Linda- Yes cat naps are a prescribed thing wioth my MS, and it does help which is awesome. Ilove it when I can do somthing to improve my health that does not require a prescription etc...
Enjoy your well deserved rest. Yay Canada nex week. I have 2 virtual reality bike rides for Canada may have to dig those out.

Good Morning Everyone,

I have to take another rest day. I didn't fall asleep until 2am. I came downstairs to work out but, alas, I don't have it in me. My DD went to a concert last night and I stayed up waiting for her to come home safely. Toronto just isn't safe like it used to me :(.
