Hi Everyone,

Today I did a 30 minute cycling workout and added on a WB workout of Lite triceps and abs. I did my own stretch.

And yes, Lisa - my second job is my private practice as a psychotherapist. I am an RSW. I work full time but started a private practice 4 years ago so work a couple of evgs a week and the weekends. It's not a lot of hours - maybe an extra 10 hours/week but I really enjoy it. Also, both jobs are very close to home - like 7 km and 3 km so it's easy to stop into the office on the way home from work to see a client or skip over on the weekend.

Hi ladies,

Debated about going to the gym and doing the elliptical but opted to stay home and do some weight work with the dumbbells I still have at home.

So I did 50 minutes of biceps, triceps, back , shoulders standing abs and legs using my 12 pound dumbbells and 5 pound dumbbells.

Not too bad for staying at home and doing weights(which I rarely do nowadays).
