Good afternoon everyone,

I am late starting the check in.....

This morning I did Cathe's Trisets lower body (yikeserama) + 27 minutes of Cardio Supersets. I was spent.

I hope you all get in a good workout today.....

I did my cardio today. I cut it to 30 minutes and I intend to stick to that.

The other muscles I'm starting to work are not sore at all today, so I could either work them much harder or work them every day. Continuing to be cautious with weight and intensity but working them every day seems reasonable. This was my approach with the elliptical and it has been very successful for me.

Hi ladies we all must be busy today it's 715 pm and no chk in. Rest day for me. I have not gotten back into working out regularly lately. So thrown off with work family and volunteer time. As soon as I get a control of my schedule I will feel better.

Hope u squeezed in some time for itself.

Hi everyone,

Today I did Meso three/week three for chest/back. I am getting some serious definition keeping with a strength based rotation. My biceps, chest etc... are looking pretty defined. I've been adding in Core Ball Challenge from SP 90. Have you ladies tried this? It's amazing..... Instant skinny.

I also ordered two horizontal conditioning dvd's. I will let you all know what I think once received. :D

Happy Sunday ladies! Just finished Peak 10 cardio interval. I have not done that one in a while. Good workout but I always seems to get a slight low back ache with that one, I'm not sure why.

Siobhan - I saw this thread after I posted in the other one. thanks for moving me over. I'd love to try one of the STS workouts. maybe one week of workouts, how is that broken out?

Off to the pool and grillin' tonight.
