Hi ladies,
Yesterday I did Cathe's Drill max, modifying most of the cardio as I am still limited by my legs. Afterwards I did Mark Lauren Mobility Rx w/o 2. I remember the first time I did it I though I need to do this at least weekly... Oops. Too many w/o's to pick from and not enough time. I really needed it yesterday.
I think I've gone 8 days without a rest day although some were dance days so not too hard. There was a toning section in Friday's dance where you keep your arms up, parallel with the floor and that was really burning as it went on for a long time and worked my shoulders hard on Thursday.
So today was a rest day... I did over 11,000 steps while giving my son's room a make over. Re-arranging furniture and throwing out bags and bags of stuff. I then had lots of laundry to do. So 6 hours of non-stop housework and now I am ready for my weekend to start. Too bad it is nearly over.
Elsie - I had been looking at some Linda Woolridge thinking of youand had hoped to do one today, yoga or foam rolling, but then cleaning took so many hours and wore me out.
Siobhan - How old is your daughter that loves Cathe?
I think it's gr8 when kids recognize our trainers. Cathe is definitely one of the easiest for my son to recognize, but so far he has only done Shaun T's Cize and another dance w/o with me. I think once he's allowed to do weights he will like them. For now 5-6 days bball every week is enough for him.
Enjoy the rest of your weekends.
