Hi girls, Sat. Evening already! Ceci, I hope you are resting and feeling better. Today, I did a blender mix
Called 30 min. Compound Camp (all compound exercises). After cleaning, laundry, the usual!!
Tonight I hope to get in a 25 min. Step workout on my iPod, at least that's the plan. Hope you all are good.

Another rest day for me. TLC - your post made me laugh. Bronchitis takes like a week to mend. I hope to feel a bit better tomorrow morning. I would love an upper body workout. But boy - when I do not work out - I am not hungry at all. hmmm

henriette - glad you are starting to feel better. riding your bike and coaching when still feeling unwell - that's gotta be tough.

i hope to see you all tomorrow.

Have a nice rest day Annette, you've had a busy week. Take it easy, Ceci. Hope you're feeling better before long...what a wretched winter it's been for everyone. Your appetite might also be suppressed from your illness, I'm thinking. Linda, have fun cleaning! ;) Nah, I hate cleaning!! Except laundry which I like. lol.
Today I did Back+Abs with Operation sweat for charity (30 minutes) again, Planks with Suzanne Bowen (6 minutes) + DIY rehab band etc. scapular work.

Missy Hiett, how is your hammie doing?

Good evening all! How's everyone feeling? I couldn't do squat this morning!! Grrrr! My hip/leg/knee were on fire last night. Left side. I was hobbling up the stairs. So this morning I did a VERY gentle stretch. Sciatic? Bum hip? Don't know. We'll see how I feel tomorrow. Hopefully soon this daily check in will find us all healthy and capable! See you all tomorrow.....;)

Hi all!

Yesterday I did S&S PHA. It was tough this time! I kept thinking just 2 more rounds, just 1 more round. Boy I could sure feel that I have been off sick.

After that it was back and forth to Friesland, the most northern part of the country to visit my M.I.L for her bday. It's a 2 hr drive that way, and with our busy weekends we end up only goibg up there once a year or so. They make it down to us maybe twice a year. It's 170km each way.

So that was our day yesterday.
This morning (Sunday) I woke up sore!

Now we're off to an away game with my son and my ex-in laws are coming to watch.

Will w/o tonight.

I did an old step w/o tonight. So much fun, but also exhausting!

My legs were already tight, esp my hamstrings and now even more so.

My hip is feeling much better so I did Kristen Dowells Dressed up drills. It's pretty straight forward aerobics with no fancy choreography, and body weight work. It felt good to move and sweat! I hope everyone is having a great weekend. Hello to all who follow.
 
I was able to get in another short 30 min. Blender Tabata step & heavy bag w/abs mix later today...a little step,
A little punching & crunching:).. Add in my weight workouts this morning, pretty good workout day! Got to
Visit my S-I-L today as well. Beautiful day here, I actually have my kitchen window open now, but it's cooling
Down so need to shut it up....have a good evening.
 
Great workouts again ladies!! Linda, how has your SIL been getting on? Henriette, it's so, so nice that you can drive to visit your family! :) Peg, very glad to hear your pain didn't keep aggravating. Hip pain can be quite debilitating .....I'd imagined even moreso with daily stairs.

Today I did XTrain AOLIH floor & gliders 29 mins + wrist and forearm stretching session 11 minutes.
Have a nice Sunday evening all. I am looking forward to watching The Crown on NetFlix and maybe John Oliver later.
