Workout this morning is Cathe LIVE Power Step & added on 2 sets of curtsy lunges and sitting barbell calf raises. Short, hot n' sweaty & now on to the rest of this busy day. More heavy furniture moving. Still cannot seem to find an ottoman. lol.

Hi everyone. I'm on vacay! We return home tomorrow. I worked out til Tuesday but just couldnt fit it in after that. I'll be back at it Monday. I've peaked in a couple of times. Glad yr all trying to workout despite the heat! See you all Monday.
 
Hi ladies.
Yesterday was a full day of bball trainings... Not participating, but with a whole bunch of 6-8 year olds still very draining so I did not do ny other w/o's.

Today I did Cathe's Rocking Step Party 2... Always fun! Followed by a 45min dance w/o and later on a nice walk outside when it finally stopped raining. It is still warm (not hot) but we've had a lot of rain these past few days.

I ended up practicing 2 of my routines which was around 45 minutes of both Kickboxing and aerobic exercise. I was sweating in my regular clothes, oh my.
