Hi girls.

The weather was beautiful here today and I got outside mowed the lawns (again).

Todays workout was Ripped 1000, no extra cardio, but I did go up in weight for most of the DVD.

I'm thinking I will introduce Gym Styles into my rotation, don't know exactly where yet, but Im thinking about it.

Eating today was average, not too disasterous.

Whats on for the weekend? Not much for me, gotta work twilight shifts.

Today is work then clean-up-the-house-max and i plan on getting in an run interval and MAYBE some LB work:eek::eek::eek:. Ive got a new Jari Love workout that I want to try out! Everybody have a good day!

Today is 3T or Totally Tubular, my dvd player froze up in the middle of last nites workout. I also need to do cleanmax, laundrymax, and maybe walmartmax I am hoping to avoid this one until tomarrow.

Andrea-I'm glad you had a good day the weather here has been great except alittle windy. I think GS would be great to add to your rotation, I bought two more workouts last nite Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and a hip hop party workout they were at walmart for 9.96. Just what I need another workout.

Amelia-It is great that after a long crazy week we can all chat together I'm glad everyone checks in I like to know what you are doing.

Morning (for me) Night (for you)

I've thought about it all night and today, what I'm going to do is a Jari, followed by 10 mins or so cardio, a low max interval or three will do, then, time permitting I will finish off with either gym styles or muscle endurance (upper body time saver premix). I am doing this because I really really need to "shock" my body into slimness.:)
Its not something to do each workout just one workout a week for the upper body, then one workout a week for the lower body.
Time of course will play a huge factor in this.


What do you think?

I've finished my workout and I didn't do my plan. I did completed Ripped to the Core and went heavier in weights and by the end of it, I'd had enough, I was pooped!

GUESS WHAT?!!! I know you can't guess, because I would never have said something like this!!My husband said to me (my darling husband said to me) You've lost weight! Me! Me! I've lost weight!!! YAHOOO!!

Can't tell you how much because i don't weigh myself but I will in couple of more weeks.

AWESOME compliment from your DH Andrea!!!!! Feels good when all our hard work gets noticed:D

I never did do a workout yesterday, my DH got off work early and since we haven't really spent alot of time together we just hung out all afternoon w/kids.

The jari love workouts were given to me through a friend in Cathe land! There are some awesome ladies here! She sent me Jari love's slim and lean and Get Ripped! Can't wait to do them!

Roxie-Im curious about your workout yesterday...totally tubular...does it use tubbing instead of weights? Sounds neat!

As for me....Today I will attempt my first weight workout in over three weeks:eek: my back hasn't given me any sign that its not ready! I also want to do a cardio so that means a circuit! So,its either LIC,C&W or the BM2 premix that is like a circuit...forget the name! Can't wait to sweat it out with Cathe:eek::eek::eek: Ive also got an abb workout that I want to do,I will do it first....The Abs Advantage with Chris Freytag. Ive also got some laundrymax to do.

I didn't get my workout done yesterday either felt lazy and I ate horrible so today I will try to get some treadmill time and do some yoga woke up with a stiff back.

Amelia-totally tubular from turbo jam is all resistance tube work and it is really good.

Andrea-how awesome for you my DH says he can't tell he is with me all the time.

Have a great sunday everyone have to do the walmartmax thing today.
 
Roxie-I too ate horrible yesterday,well for supper anyway...we had KFC and I didn't hold back :eek: I LOVE tubbing workouts,i will check that one out!I hear alot of good things about turbo jam workouts over in Myfitnesspal forums. I use to have that beginning workout that cathe has...the one she using the band in? Well,i sold it and ive been kicking myself everysince and been meaning to get it agian!

I just got off the phone with my sister and she wants me to come over thursday and hang out with her and gracie(my niece)....she also wants to order pizza so if i plan on having a productive wieghtloss week(lol) i need to be good for the most part:p

My DH says im just obsessed with everything that goes in my mouth...well,DUH:rolleyes: And speaking of my DH, he doesn't even try to lose weight and he drops 16lbs in over two months:eek: and ya know what he said about it? "mmmmm,im down 16lbs" then takes a shower,LOL. I think I would break out into an happy dance and call EVERYBODY I know;)

My workout is done and I feel AWESOME:DDid that abb workout by prevention...it was fun! Then I did C&W...im dripping wet right now so off to the shower then its finishing up my laundry!
