Hi girls,

Whew! Am I glad todays over. I had to travel down to my Brothers place for a family joint birthday get together. Its a long long drive. They were at me to stay the night, but I just don't like doing that. I like my bed, in my dumoy little renovators delightful house, with my animals including horse, just outside my backdoor.

I got home and decided I'd better do a workout so I did Jaris Ripped to the Core, I was supposed to do Ripped 1000, but I thought something was better than nothing and my energy was zapped.

Amelia - Godd luck today! It will all go really well, I have confidence in you!:D

Roxie - Hot stuff!! Yes yes YES YES. Thats Yes! Do your walk every day! Great job. Results will be on the board in no time I am sure, lets get ULTRA SERIOUS for a Couple of weeks. You with me??

Jean - Hello, I'm hanging in there with my drinks, I had one tonight, but it tasted "funnY' so i didn't drink all of it. Lets do this drink thing together! And we'll be honest with each other as to how we are going. You are doing better than I, as you've had some weight decrease?

Ladies, I have a naughty three (nearly four) year old standing quietly behind my chair (the loud breathing is a giveaway). I'll be off to put her back into bed see ya.

My job will start on the 27th,I called them yesterday and there was nobody there to train me today so she scheduled me for next saturday:rolleyes: I don't mind...got to get some scrubs anyway!

Todays workout is a long powerwalk or a run interval in other words,cardio! and I will do some LB work,the same thing I did last week that gave me major doms the next day!

My WI today was ok,I guess....im the same weight I was on 9/6....not sure whats going on there? Im not worried about it! Ive moved my cheat meal to tuesday,thats when DH is off work. so Tuesday Will also be my official WI day too! Im excited...If i can only see the 170's

right now im down to 182.4! When I started MFP back in the end of august I was around 189....so its working,just very slow..LOL!

Andrea-I love my bed too....I can never get any sleep when we go on vacation or go to somebody else's house! LOL at your naughty four year old breathing at your neck! Good job with your workout!

Good Morning,

Haven't worked out yet slept in late then treated myself to a manicure. Tonite is Imax 3 interval 1-5 I believe and then basic step abs. Went and did the wal-martmax thing this morning now time to do the laundrymax.

Andrea-I am with you, my Mondays are the problem I have the puppy and its hard to workout with him here and then to many evening interuptions this week I just need to get it done in the morning then I wouldn't have those problems.

Amelia-enjoy your workout and have a good Saturday.

Roxie - Imax3? Yeah! How'd you do? I'm doing Imax 3 today as well. Why could you not use Mondays as a rest day or a "lighter" workout day? So puppy is looked after?

Amelia - i havn't lost an ounce and I've been real good for 3 (yep, thats right 3!!;)) WHOLE days! ;)

Hi.

I was just cleaning up my spare bedroom, when I thought i'd do some exercise and take a look at myself in the mirror that is in that room. WHY DID I DO THAT?:mad: My form was awful! So, now, I will have to go and lighten up my weight, and work on my form. I wasn't going low enough in the squats and i tend to round my shoulders. i'm off to have a good old fashioned sulk. (I'm not really, sulking and I don't mix. I find to sulk it just takes too much energy) :)
 
Andrea,LOL...I better not look at myself in the mirror either:confused: I know my form is off during those darn lunges...i HATE lunges...there just evil! and YES your right...sulking just takes too much energy!:p:) I prefer to pout and stick out my bottom lip:cool:

Today is a run interval,dogwalk and an UB workout...ive almost decided on MM ub! I need to burn off some calories that seem to work there way into my mouth last night:eek:...don't know how that happend:p:cool:

Good Morning,

Well I had some problems just doing the warmup of Imax 3 my brain and feet couldn't seem to cooperate with each other so I did Basic Step twice once with 1 riser and the second time with no riser then I did the abs. Oldest DD and her DH took us out for supper last nite as a thank you for taking them mattress shopping and helping them pay for it, then we came home and DH bought a wii so we played that and then pool and of course had a couple of bud lights. TTOM started this am feel crappy.

Andrea-the puppy I believe is just and excuse not to exercise he now knows how to go up and down steps so he could be with me if he wanted to. I bought my first jari love on ebay last nite, Get Ripped. No sulking allowed.

Amelia-I'm with you on the lunges I totally don't like those. Have a good workout.

It is a rest and stretch day for me. Have a good day everyone.
