Hey girls!

Sorry i was MIA yesterday,i had a great workout though,took the dog for a walk and then later in the day i did supersets UB premix and let me tell you...its no joke 59mins long! I was so glad when i saw cathe and crew getting ready to strecth:D;)

Today is another dogwalk and a run interval....bbl

Andrea-I hope your day isn't as busy as yesterday! Whats your workout plans for today?

Elaine-Great workout yesterday! Great job on your eating too!!

Roxie-about Rhythmic step,you know what they say...practice makes perfect;) The hardest workout that ive had to learn so far(believe it or not) was BM2,i actually had it for sale for about 3hours at one point because i was so frustrated with it,LOL. But then i thought, Oh NO,this workout isn't gonna beat me;)

Hello Miss Amelia and ladies to come.

I am happy happy happy (can you tell I am happy?;):D) to report that I managed a WO today! Yippeeee for me!! First WO in (proper WO) in about 3 weeks! Did I take it nice and easy? I hear you all asking, (your concerns overwhelming girls, thanks) Of course NOT! Drill Max Cardio/Legs Premix, which three weeks ago I'd have blitzed, today......

Puff puff, I'll have a little rest, Oh dear my water bottles empty, hmmmm better go and get some more, off I trot, accidentally forgetting to push pause. Is that those children I hear, better go and investigate. What are those dogs doing? Look out the kitchen window, which is far away from the lounge workout area, Water........water......... I neeed water....... I need air, oxygen.......call an ambulance........ can't breathe..... :eek::eek:


Made it and loved it! (Probably won't be able to moove tomorrow) Backs a bit sore now, hopefully it'll be O.K.

Roxie - I love Rythmic Step. The musics great and its just a fun fun time! hang in there with it, its worth it because it is soooo much fun.

See ya over the weekend. (Think I'll do Rythmic Step tomorrow)

Hey You! Yeah I'm pretty pleased too! Could ya tell?:D

I've hung around just to see if you'd pop in 'cause its nice to catch up "live" once in a while. I'm really trying hard this week to watch my food and so far its going o.k. too. My hubby Bless him, through gritted teeth:mad:) told me I'd put on weight! WELL!! That didn't go down really well, I can assure you!:mad: BUT it has however, kicked my butt into gear, I'll show HIM!!

I'm off to bed to read, first I supposed I'd better put the childs to bed, might be a good idea huh? You have a great day!

Andrea-congrats on the workout you go girl and no I couldn't tell you were happy LOL.

Amelia-good job on your workout.

When my DH told me he thought I had been overweight for 22 years I made him pretty miserable we didn't talk for days. I wonder how he would feel if I put resistance bands in his suitcase when he goes out of town! Two can play at that game. Have a good day everyone and keep up the good work.

Ameila: Supersets is one I don't have. I have Pushpull on VHS. Don't you just love it when Cathe says it is time to stetch. at times I want to do a happy dance!:D

AndreaH: How are those timesaver WOs going? I love the cardio on that DVD but I feel the weight work is lacking.

This morning I did 4DS LIS cardio and weights.The cardio is so-so. I really don't get my heart rate up with this one, but I like the break from high impact. I love working my shoulders, too.

Gotta run to Walmart for a few things.

Good morning. Didn't WO this morning b/c I did a 30min iClimb on the elliptical last night that kicked my butt! My legs felt like jelly this morning - COOL!:cool:

Elaine, I like the TS workouts, but I get bored w/ them pretty easily. I think the weight work is lacking too, but lately I'll take what I can get! I don't feel like I get much out of 4DS LIS cardio either; I usually put an extra riser under my step to make it a bit more challenging.

Andrea, WOOHOO to a WO! LOL @ your description, though.

hey girls,quick post....i just finished my workout! 90 minutes of cardio:eek: first i walked cassie gril(my dog)for 30minutes,then after DH woke up i jumped on the treadmill for a 30min. run interval and a thirty minute PW@ 4.0.....ok,later gaters:cool:
 
Hi everyone.

I just can't get it together anymore. I will get back to working out hopefully soon. Right now I just can't seem to find the time for all the things I need to get done. Which brings up my next point. As you have already noticed, my posts are getting fewer and fewer. I'm needing to cut down my forums time. I will probably still be able to read what's going on, but just am not finding the time to be able to respond. I didn't want you to think I was ignoring the group and wanted to bow out gracefully. I hope everyone keeps their challenges going. I will pop in from time to time and who knows maybe once I this feeling of being overwhelmed with too much to do passes, I can jump right back and in and join you. Take care everyone and keep up the good work.

Jean - While I totally understand, (I've just come through a four weeker of something similar too including illness) I am sorry to see you go! Its such a small group and to lose one of us.... its sooo sad, but as I said, I do understand how tuff it can get. Pop in time to time to catch up!

Workout today - Rythmic Step.

Roxie - Would your hubby know what to do with the resistance bands? ;);) have you given Rythmic Step another go? Today, I found I had to really think and sometimes Cathe's calling isn't very good so i tripped up, but its still fun, fun, fun.

Amelia - I don't have supersets either. I am looking for another weight trainer at the moment I'm not investing in STS. Any ideas on another weight trainer DVD?

Elaine - I cannot do 4DS LIS. So good on ya! I've given up on it, I get too impatient. Some others have posted that they do the 4DS HIS and LIS and its a really great fat burner, have you tried that?

Andrea - Totally awesome workout last night! Whew! i'd love to have a treadmill at home, just don't know where I'd put it? I'm with you, too, shopping wins over working, anyday!

Morning girls! Im proud to announce that i am down 1.5lbs this morning:D and dispite my little binge on tuesday:eek: Its probably just water weight but still....yesterday i ate 2100 calories and did a 90 minute cardio so i burned over 600 calories....

Today is a dog walk and a LB premix on superset,not sure which one yet?

ok,enough with the babbling;)

Andrea-so nice to see you these days! Im glad your feeling better:) As far as the weight work goes...i just checked out the videos that you have by cathe. I was going to suggest powerhour but i see that you already have it and MM,PLB/PUB,GS series,S&H series. those are some more i was going to suggest! Do you like circuits? Ifso you might want to check out BM2 or LIC,they are so much fun and you get a good burn too!

Good Morning,

Today will be KM had an interupted workout last nite but I didn't quit I finished it. The weather is stormy and rainy today so cleanmax is on the agenda.

Andrea-LIC is my favorite workout I love the cardio. I haven't given rythmic step a try its no longer in my rotation, but I'm sure I will one of these days. Do you own MM that is also a good wt workout? I don't think my husband would know what to do with the bands, but I'm sure he could figure it out.

Amelia-congrats on the 1.5lb wt loss I need to go buy a new scale mine is broke. Have fun with the dog walk glad to hear your dog is better, and enjoy ss.

Jean-you have been a great cheerleader and I understand the time constraints good luck with your workouts we will miss you.

Elaine-I am currently bidding on 4 days on ebay wasn't sure I wanted this one but you talked me into it. I really hope I enjoy the KBoxing.

Hey girls,my workout is done! SS LB blast is just plan INSANE:confused: ive never burned so bad in my life? I had to pause alot:eek:I also did a powerwalk on the treadmill...30mins @ 4.0

Roxie-Enjoy your cleanmax...im taking the day off from that workout;)
