week of not doing much excerise

Hi... This week has been a week where I've only been able to fit in 2 workouts. Starting to feel blah about that. I've been fighting a cold and busy with work, left me with little energy. I hope to get back into the swing of things next week.

I hate taking time off...makes me feel like a slob.
Looking forward to starting back up again:)

Welcome to the club. Just when I resided that I'm going to get moving starting this weekend (today) my throat is starting to hurt. Which means I'm trying to get a cold. I am fighting it though and I did workout this morning.
 
Actually that's great you listened to your body. Let your body use the energy to get better and you will come back much sooner!
 
This was my first week back from a couple of "blah" weeks myself...Don't beat yourself up! It IS a good thing to take a rest week every now and then...You come back and jump HIGHER!!

Thanks for all the reassurance. I did workout today....much to my surprise I felt great and had tons of energy! I'm so glad I took the time off and rested and repaired myself. Now, its back to "jumping higher"! he..he..
