Hi girls. Can you believe it! yesturday, we all managed to check in!! YAHOOO!! WEll done! AND whats more, everyone completed a WOKOUT!

Lets give ourselves a pat on the back! And a golf clap.;)

After my cardio session yesturday, my legs have leaded over and are very heavy, so just a few quick sprints (get it? quick sprints??:Dha! ha!) some abs and some yoga for me, I think I'll call today a rest day.

My dogs on pain killers and she followed me everywhere today! Its just awful, so I'm upping her Mobicosa to see if that will help. But realistically I don't like my chances, but I just love the little bugger!

Amelia - Very funny puppy tale! I remember those days. Sadly, my inns full, so you may keep the pup ;) I hate hate hate money! (well not really, I love it) but I hate the fact that we never have enough of it! Hang in there. You and your hubby are obviously a great team, working through together and you making the ultimate sacrifice.:)

Elaine - I thought your DH's wallet was stolen a couple of weeks ago. Is the bank giving you guys a hard time? Over here, people have to show ID and a copy of the police report and the banks usually reimburse the money stolen. I hope you didn't lose a lot of dollars.

Roxie - I knew you would understand about my friend. Thanks (to you all) but I went through this same thing roughly the same time last year with "my boy" and I miss him terribly. This one is his daughter.

Jean- Good for you joining in with my fitness pal. I've joined but havn't completed anything yet. Whats your goals?

Andrea - Hey well done!! By taking it slowly you did BM2?? You call THAT slow?? Well done. You can do this. The exercise will help you to feel better too, its just getting up and finding the energy to do the workout thats the issue. KEEP GOING!!

You guys remember that interview i had last week? Remember i was sick and couldn't go? WELL...the lady called me yesterday and she wants to interview me next tuesday:eek::eek: its for there other office that the doctor has! I told her i could only work on saturdays right now and she STILL wants to interview me...made me feel kinda special:cool:

ok,gotta get my DD on the school bus...bbl
 
Good Morning Girls,

Last nite I did Step Blast and this morning believe it or not I got up and did B&G leg work and Shape Abs. I still am not a morning exerciser I feel weaker in the morning. Going to MILS for her birthday tonite so I knew I wouldn't get to workout.

Andrea-what did the vet say was wrong with your girl? I hope you enjoyed your rest day.

Amelia-congrats on the job interview I will keep my fingers crossed for you, does anybody in your family have a dvd burner so you don't have to lose anymore workouts?

quick post I have to drive an hour to meet DH and help him clean and paint our rental. We found tenants.!! YeaH!!

This morning's WO was 4DS KB, KM combo 1&2 then the abs and stretch from 4DS LIS. I have some nice DOMS in my bis and tris this morning.:D

Andrea, nice work outs. Hope the dog starts to show improvement. Is her condition medical or an injury? It is so hard dealing with our furry loved ones. After losing 2 in one year and then all of Summer’s surgeries, I feel for what you are going through right now. You just want to protect them and give them a happy life. Sending you both cyber hugs.
As for my goals right now, I would love to lose 10 pounds in the next month. I know I could if I really, really, really tried hard (something I haven’t done in a long time). I’ve been at the same 5 pound fluctuation for so long it hard to see past or should I say below those numbers. So I’m trying to refocus, then stay focused and see what I can accomplish. My nephew is getting married in a month so that would be great if I can do it by then.

Amelia, Way to Go!!! on the interview call. Keeping my fingers crossed for you.

Roxie, nice job on getting your workout in this morning. Have fun at MILS.

Elaine, congrats on the renters. Hope those Doms don’t interfere with the painting.

Hi Andrea H, hope you get a workout in today too.

Today was ColorMax for the hair. I was afraid I wouldn’t have time to work out so I kind of rushed it and ended up missing some of the roots. Oh well they are underneath so no one should see them, plus give a week and the rest will be showing too. I wish hair coloring was easier. I started getting gray hair when I was 16 and started coloring when I was 24. You’d think I’d be an expert at it by now, but no I still mess it up, LOL. After that I did Bi’s and Tri’s. I would really like to get to spin class tonight.

Hi everyone. Andrea, before you congratulate me on doing BM2, you need to realize that I only did the step combos:eek:. Skipped the rest for lack of time/energy/etc. I really like that part of the WO and do it frequently.

Amelia, congrats on the interview! What is it they say about one door closing and another opening?

Jean, I know what you mean about the same 5lb, only in my case it's now up to almost 10. Refocused on WW this week and am already feeling better. Just hope the scale shows it on Friday.

Hi Roxie, Elaine, and everyone else.

I was supposed to do a 45min steady state run (or in my case elliptical session) this morning, but life interfered so I wound up doing PUB instead. Fine since I skipped the weight work in BM2 yesterday. Will try to get at least 30min cardio tonight. Schedule has L&G for tomorrow. I love that one, but I always ACHE afterward.

Anyway, I've managed to procrastinate away most of the afternoon (again :mad:) so I'd better try to salvage something from my day. TTYL!
