Webkinz site problem?

Anyone else's kids having problems getting onto Webkinz this weekend? Was there a scheduled maintenance? Any info is appreciated. Thanks!
 
my kid has been on webkinz alot this weekend. he did have a problem Saturday morning getting on, but when he tried the second time he got in no problem.
 
Must just be us. When I type in the webkinz address, I get a blank screen. The bottom says 'done, with errors on page'. The address box at the top has www.webkinz.com followed by setlocale?=error.

I went to the Ganz homepage and sent an e-mail to customer service. Computer stuff is so frustrating!
 
Hmm... my kids haven't had any probs today but we've had that happen in the past!! Heaven forbid if they can't log into Webkinz!! :eek:
 
My daughter bought the new white mouse yesterday and is anxious to 'adopt' him!! I guess he'll have to remain an orphan until I hear back from Ganz!
 
Oh, my girls were just talking about getting a mouse. I told them no way, I hate mice! ;-) Hope she can adopt her new pet soon. :)
 
I don't think you are the only one,my girls were having a terrible time getting on last weekend. We were having the same white page with error on the bottom.

I don't think they have even tried this weekend though, we finally have beautiful weather!! I know I did try a few times throughout the past week and sometimes it came up and sometimes not. We were having the same white page with error on the bottom.

Hi, no prob logging in but my kids can't get into the tournament area anymore to play against other people. It's been 2 weeks now. This site sometimes is very frustrating.
