Thank you, thank , thank you:7 . You made my day. That picture was taken when we went to Las Vegas in August. We were at the Cleopata's Barge in Ceasars Palace. As for tips, I am learning that if you keep the intensity of your workouts up and watch you diet as far as starches, sugar, and sodium,and fat. you can make a huge difference in your appearance.
