I was wondering do you like low cable kickbacks.... I really do...
they are one of the exercises that Tosca Reno said was great for the glutes, so I am trying to do them 2 days a week if possible.
Just wondered if you do them.. I really like THE BUTT BOOK, lots of good info.... and I got the Oxygen Collectors Edition Glutes as a free gift, so anyway just wanted your opinion on the low cable kickbacks..... Rhonda:7

Yes I use these when I don't get in a good floorwork segment. I do these on the Bowflex along with inner and outer thigh lifts. Usually when I do them they are kind of my finisher after the heavier leg and glute work. I think they really help lift the derriere:) . Glad you liked the book and found it informative.

Yeah this book says for extreme results, and I try to do this 2 times a week, and I can say I am seeing some improvements..... Rhonda:7
