Sorry to bring this here but tried it on another forum elsewhere and didn't get any answers. I'm considering a hard floor steamer but am clueless as to what's good and what isn't (I've already checked Consumer Reports). Does anyone have one and if so, what brand, how much, where did you get it? How do you like it and what, exactly, do you like about it?
