Cathlete
Yahoo, Cathe finally updated the blog with a target date of Xmas. I responded in a thread under STS this weekend about the release date and I can't believe how much fawning people do over Cathe. Or I should say I shouldn't be surprised by now.

We were eating lunch yesterday when both DH & I realized it was our 6th Anniversary. We thought about going out for dinner but instead he made a wonderful steak dinner with risotto and bruschetta. Yum Yum. I thought about our anniversary earlier this month and then time just seemed to go by so fast.

Well I have C&BX and ARX on tap later tonight.

Jeanette - glad to hear you enjoyed your ride. Wow, 45 mi. How long does that take? I forget about doing BM2 Upper Body. Even though its an excellent work out I only ever seem to reach for that DVD for the Time Saver Cardio portion. BM2 was pretty much my 1st experience with Cathe.

BBL,

Hi,
Patricia, your post looked lonely. I'm home for a little while until dinner out with Father Tony and a girlfriend. We are going to an Indian restaurant. No workout for me this morning, but maybe tonite. Riding 45 miles took 2 hours and 38 minutes, according to my cyclometer. Average speed was 16.9 mph (includes hills) and my top speed was 39 mph.

Came home and my dog (the German Shorthair) is walking in circles. Think maybe she pulled a muscle or has something "out" on one side of her body. If not better by tomorrow, will take her in. I gave her a couple of aspirin and she's resting now.

Came back to a ton of work at my job. Oh well. I slogged thru a pile of it.

Where is everyone today?

I'll report back tonite.

C&BX & ARX - done
DH made dinner and then had DS sit with him on the riding lawnmower so I did my w/o as soon as I got home from work. Nice to have it done by 7pm rather than starting it at 8pm.

Will be working late most likely tomorrow so I'm going to try and get up at 5am to do PlyoX.:(

Jeanette - your riding time took about the same time that JLo took to do her 1st Triatholon in Malibu:p Hope you had a nice dinner out. How if FT these days? All recovered from his hand injury yet? That sounds strange with your dog walking in circles. Hope its something simple. I've been meaning to book an appt with my vet for a yearly check up for my cat. I guess that's next on my to-do list tomorrow. Gots as far as looking up a chiropractor in the yellow pages today. Havge an appt at 8am tomorrow as my bicep/shoulder isn't getting any better.

Okay, hopefully I'll be able to report back tomorrow nice and early that Plyo is done.

Patricia, just you and me today...Had a nice dinner out with Father Tony and my coworker. The food was good. No workout for me tonite, too lazy and Monday's are my scheduled rest day. Poor Father Tony's hand sure took a beating. Apparently, he broke 2 fingers back in May, and they did surgery to fix the one as it snapped a tendon and he couldn't straighten the finger. He's still wearing a small splint on that one. That was his pinky finger. His ring finger was broken too and is not in the right place so he can't even bend it. It's straight all the time, though he's having some PT done on it. It kills him because he really wanted to golf with me this year. They may have to break that one or pull it. Yuk. Lexxie (my dog) seems to be a little better now. I'm thinking she has a rib out or pulled a muscle or something. She's laying on the couch to my right and my little doxxie is on may lap in front of my laptop. Yep, it's a dog's world around here. Know my DH is missing them like crazy. Sure wish I'd hear from he and DS. Nice that you have a DH that cooks. All men need to know how.

Night, night.
