Morning, Coolers!
Today was Amy Bento's ASC step, first 2 combos repeated twice, then did the abs from S&H Biceps & Triceps. Tonite will be a Cardio Coach workout on my bike. Helped DH put together his breakfast fixings this morning. Heated the 2 chili relleno casseroles and baked some tube biscuits. He also has sausage/ham on the side. They'll be feasting this morning.
Decided not to go to Reno tomorrow morning so gives me some time to do a workout, more housework and help DH. Hoping to get a golf game in sometime this weekend too, along with another bike ride.
