Morning,
Today was LIC, except abs. Will get those tomorrow I think. I have a ladies bike ride tonite. Will be warmer out for that. DH went back to work at the prison yesterday. He'll be welding/cutting in the bad boys unit today. Glad he's not by himself and will be with experienced staff.

Morning Coolers,
Todays workout will be a 5m Tempo Run and Abs/Core Plus. Came in early today because I need to take myself and the girls to the dentist this afternon.
Looks like the critter sitter is going to work out just fine. She is a little opinionated, but I'm sure we can adjust to that. Apparently I'm using the wrong dog food for my dog.
If she has something healthier for her (as long as it is something that I can just scoop into her dish), then I will consider it. She is a dog trainer too. I just need someone responsible that will be there to take my dog out during the day.
Wendy, Yep you got me on that dinner/auction. :7 :7 I did spell it right after that point though. :7 Our neighbors are not as friendly as yours seem to be. And I think a lot of our neighbors are afraid of out dog. She looks scarry, but she is just a mush! Guess the German Shepherd has that reputation though. Learned a little bit about the GS's from the critter sitter. She has a GS too, so that is helpful. Cami took almost 5 min. sniffing her, and then ignored her for the rest of our talk. :7 :7 Hey this guy in the funky outfit doesn't need a free $5000 from What Not to Wear. He bid $5000 on a 1 week vacation in a house. Apparently the vacation package was worth over $10,000. You guys are going to be looking good when you finally meet Eion.
Kim, Hope that today your asthma is getting more under control.
Patricia, So sad that your DH was not able to see the race. ;( Which racer is his fav. I'm a big #17 fan. I used to watch him race here in WI all the time. So nobody else knew how the coffee maker worked. Well this way you had coffe that was made just the way you like it. Was your DS throwing up from motion sickness, or because he had been sick? Love the pics.
Debra, LOL on the hot a$$. :7 :7 Of course you do!!!:7 :7 DH is home for the rest of this week working on outfits. Of course his and the girls come first, the girls need to stop growing. Of course that will not happen, our youngest is going to be the tall one. I swear that girl grows overnight. A trip to Childress, I'm so jealous. :9 Have to crack open another bottle of wine, just because I can. :7 Glad XDH is getting better over time. Maybe the plane experience was enough to settle him down a bit. :7 :7 See I still find that one funny. :7
Jeanette, Glad the golf lessons went well. WTG on not having to pay for them. :7 Good for you on filing the grievance, it's now there so that management (if they finally get off there duffs), has something to use. I did find a site that has the yellow peonies. They also have some other plants that I am considering. I need something to form over rocks. Hoping some ground cover will work for this. But I have to make sure the plant will work in a shady area.

Good Afternoon Everyone:
Just swamped today but can finally take a breather. Had to run out at lunch to buy a money order to put down a deposit for a campsite in Maine this Sept. Can you belive it, they don't take cc? So had to get that mailed off today too. Then p/u milk and cat food. Sigh of relief all done. Have BB tonight but its raining so not sure. Rec'd Gin Millers Simply Step in the mail yesterday so no sure if I'll do that or a Total Body w/o if not playing BB tonight.
Debra - yes, we have the same electrical connections as you do. So no converters needed. Glad things seem to be working out w/XDH. LOL too at the hot a$$. Maybe I'll let you know this weekend. It is Gay Pride weekend after all.
Laurie - Brent won't tell me who he is cheering for but I know he was glad #88 won (Dale Jr). Of course the other family we were with were cheering for him. DS seemed to be under the weather b/4 we left and he has never had motion sickness b/4. I think he had some bug that had to work thru his system. I'll know for sure if he is over it if I don't get a phone call from daycare today! How old is your GS? I agree with you I'm not into making pet food for my cat. I see on OD people discussing making food from scratch but I draw the line at that! Have fun at the dentist and hope only good news there.
Jeanette - once you file your grievance how long will it take to be settled. Does that accelerate resolving things? S**ks you had to wait months to get the promotion let alone even longer for the back pay. How hard can it be? Just do your job as I shouted to one of my co-workers last week.}( I grew up with a wood stove so I know what its like to be bringing in the wood. As the smallest one I was always the one in the back of the p/u piling the wood neatly as my siblings wheel barreled it in from the bush. Remind me why we want equality?

Hi all!! I am running around like a chicken with my head cut off today trying to get everyone ready for our trips!!! I am taking my laptop with me, so I should be able to check in tomorrow and let you know we got in safely and all of that fun stuff.
Sorry I won't be able to catch up with personals, but I still need to take a shower and do a couple of last minute things ....so off to run around some more!

Hi girls,
Had a nice, nice bike ride with 2 other ladies tonite. It was warm, but not too bad, with a little breeze to keep from baking. After I got home, I planted the succulent plants in containers. Have a load of clothes squealing in the dryer and washed the dishes. Tomorrow night will be golf with a couple girlfriends and cleaning up the house for my sister and BIL's arrival on Thursday afternoon/evening. I'm hoping that she'll want to work out with me while she's here.
Laurie, how'd the dentist appointment go? I cancelled one for my DH for tomorrow as he just went back to work and doesn't want to already ask for time off. We'll reschedule for later. Hmmm, what kind of dog food should we be feeding? I started feeding Iams for ours. I feel so much better since filing that grievance. I'm tired of being nice and patient. The golf lesson is going well, but I feel like I'm missing something. I need to be patient in that department too.
Patricia, LOL about making cat and dog food from scratch. I can hardly cook for myself and DH, let alone our animals. LOL about stacking wood because you were the smallest. I'm different in that I let DH stack the wood in the truck and I'd rather pack the rounds or halves to him. There's nothing like that wood heat in the winter. Soooo many people have gotten rid of their oil stoves and gone back to wood as oil is uber expensive. You watch, the U.S. Forest Service will jack up the wood permit rate. Currently, it's $10 per cord. I need to look up the grievance process timeline. I know the first response is 21 days. Not sure what it is after that. At least it will have to be dealt with, instead of shoved to the bottom of the pile. That Personnel office is an absolute mess. Can't understand why the Warden has let it go. She's retiring in the fall. Maybe that's why. Hope your little guy came home from daycare feeling chipper and no bug.
Debra, glad you are taking your laptop with you on your trip. We'll be wondering how you girls have disrupted the whole yoga workshop. Hope Eoin can fix what ails you.
