I really love using the nutritional software and aim to get as close to perfection (4.0) as often as I can. It really irks me that sometimes I get less than an A in some of water soluble vitamins (like niacin) because I've gone over my daily allowance. These vitamins in excess are harmlessly excreted from the body. Is there any reason why I must stay within range of these vitamins in order to acheive an A?
